There are a few tears around the kitchen when they chop mountains of Wisconsin onions for  caramelizing and the delicious aroma of onions roasting drives all their neighbors nuts!  The resulting Potter’s Caramelized Onion cracker flavor is incredible and one of their staff favorites, even with the tears!
