Our Aged Swiss Cheese has a distinct buttery, nutty and sweet flavor. Due to its aging process it’s full of amazing flavor. Our wedges are hand cut from 40 lb. wheels.
Available in 1/2# wedge cut and 1-1/4# wedge cut.
