The primary floral sources of Gentle Breeze pure Wisconsin honey include small-scale fruit and vegetable farms, prairie, CRP land, woodlot (tree pollen), and hay fields. There is no blending with honey from other states or countries.

Our honey has been warmed and strained only. It has not been overheated or force-filtered. As a result, you will find tiny particles of beeswax and pollen in our honey that enhance its flavor.

All of our honey is processed in our family-run facility in the rolling countryside of rural Mt. Horeb, WI.
