Swiss is packed full of flavor and has a distinct buttery and nutty flavor.  As the wheel ages, it takes on a sharper flavor and then add in a beautiful hickory smoke.

Our wedges are hand cut from 20 lb. wheels. Available in 1/2# wedge cut and 1# wedge cut.
