Havarti is a Danish-style cheese that has a smooth texture and a buttery, sweet flavor. On its own, it’s a beautiful cheese for snacking, grilling, or melted on your favorite burger. We loved our Havarti so much that we decided to add Dill for a tangy twist and Pepper for a mild heat to counteract the sweet nature of the cheese.
