Havarti is a Danish-style cheese which has a smooth texture and buttery, sweet flavor.   On it’s own, it’s a beautiful cheese for snacking, grilling or melted on your favorite burger.

We loved our Havarti so much, we decided to add in Dill for a tangy twist and Pepper – which is a mild heat to go against the sweet nature of the cheese.

Available in 1/2# cut or 1# block cut.
